Mango Chutney Chicken: for 3 Pax
Ingredients:
Mango chutney bottle
cinnamon stick
2 cardamoms
2 clove
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Salt
Pepper
Butter
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
2. Put chicken in a pot, add 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves 2 table spoon of garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
3. Put it on Low heat and add water covering the chicken just a little bit and cook for 25 mins
4. Take the pieces of chicken out and keep the ingredients in the pot.
Sauce:
1. Add a tablespoon of butter into the pot
2. Add the half a bottle of mango chutney chicken
3. Add half a tablespoon of garlic paste
4. Mix everything up till it becomes bubbly
5. Take of stove and pour it on to the chicken
Bake Chicken for 25mins at 180C
